neylux Doc Tax Compliance
Process digital tax receipts and electronic invoices with the neylux Doc Tax Compliance Connector
The neylux Doc Tax Compliance (nDTC) Connector assists companies in automating the handling of digital tax receipts in SAP Concur.
This applies to the following countries and e-Invoicing Processes:
- Mexico (CFDi)
This is available in the following SAP Concur products:
- Concur Expense
- Concur Invoice
neylux Doc Tax Compliance Connector has two variants that can adapt to client’s processes:
Variant A: SAP Concur DTI (only available for Mexico)
This is the traditional validation solution in SAP Concur solutions. This is how it works: After creating an expense entry in Concur Expense or an invoice in Concur Invoice, users will attach the corresponding XML and PDF. Once sent for approval, our connector will automatically read the XML information and validate the electronic document. The validation result will then be transmitted to SAP Concur and made visible.
Variant B: SAP Concur DTCG (available in all countries mentioned above)
The newest variant of nDTC Connector is now available and currently works with Concur Expense. This is how it works:The traveler sends the e-Invoice to SAP Concur via email. This action triggers the nDTC Connector to read the XML data through the latest SAP Concur APIs into the neylux Cloud Platform. Subsequently, the electronic receipt is validated, and an expense entry is generated in SAP Concur using information from the XML. The validation result of the e-Invoice is included, along with the XML and PDF attached to the entry. As a result, the expense entries are prepared to be added into an expense report.
The neylux DTC Connector supports SAP Concur processors, travelers, approvers, and accounts payable personnel in complying with government regulations and saving time.
